Anilox sleeve systems are standard equipment on modern flexographic presses. Leveraging sleeveX™’s proprietary FiberP™ liner and proven manufacturing, X-AniBase has been refined through more than a decade of volume production and field use, with continuous design and process optimization to ensure long-lasting, stable,and reliable sleeve retention.The surface is made from aerospace grade aluminum alloy, suitable for plasma thermal-spray surface treatment, followed by finishing operations such as grinding, lapping, and laser engraving.
